Undelivered Orders

If we are unable to deliver your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us in Discord with your order number and SteamID64.

Delivered Digital Goods

Because in-game items and RP are delivered immediately and have no real-world value, all sales of delivered digital goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

VIP Subscriptions

You can cancel your VIP subscription at any time through PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period is not refunded.

Chargebacks

Submitting a chargeback rather than contacting support first will result in a ban from the server and the store. Please reach out via Discord — we will always work with you on legitimate issues.
