How fast is delivery?

In-game items and RP are typically delivered within minutes of payment confirmation while staff are online. VIP is granted as soon as PayPal confirms the payment and is a one-time lifetime purchase that never expires.

I paid but didn't receive my items.

Open a support ticket with your order number and SteamID64. We'll get it sorted ASAP.
